The purpose of this page is to introduce myself and my firm to you in the hopes that you will find an occasion to utilize my professional services. I am Dan Watkins, a certified legal videographer, certified as a CCVS (Certified Court Video Specialist) by the American Guild of Court Videographers, the world’s largest legal video organization exclusively training and certifying professional videographers in all aspects of legal videography. This means, regardless of what type of video evidence you may require, I have been fully trained in producing that type of video in such a manner that it should not be impeached and thrown out of court.
Some attorneys feel they are saving their clients money by not utilizing the services of a fully trained and certified legal videographer. I humbly disagree with that line of thinking. Nothing has been proven to be more effective during pre-trial hearings, or during the trial itself, that the presentation of visual evidence showing to the opposing party, or the triers of fact the actual video of a very difficult situation which words just cannnot convey. Though I am aware that words are very important, words backed up by pictures are still far more effective in presenting the imprtant facts that could very well end up being, and many time is, the swaying factor in getting a favorable verdict.
Knowing how important the legal aspects of video evidence is to your profession, I have gone the extra mile in making sure that the products I produce will be the absolute best that can be offered. As you know, all attorneys are not created equal and that certainly is true when it comes to the legal videographer. Yes, you will pay more for the fully qualified and certified legal videographer, but it also stands to reason in your profession, that a fully qualified attorney is far more valuable, and more expensive, than a paralegal (all due respect to the paralegals) when it comes to knowing the law and how to win a case.
I am looking forward to meeting you and discussing the possibility of assisting you in the area of video evidence. Please call me at (505) 903-4860 and, even if you do not have a present need, I will be happy to meet at any time and any place that will be convenient for you.
